1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Operation Theatre ("Service"), operated via ot.markanm.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, login credentials, and connected third-party credentials (such as Google OAuth tokens and Telegram verification keys). You agree that all activities that occur under your account are your sole responsibility.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You may not use the Service for any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or network without explicit permission.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to overload or disrupt the infrastructure.
• Transmitting malicious software, spam, or unlawful material through the Telegram bot or web platform.
• Interfering with or tampering with other users' task data or account integrity.
• Farming XP or Spamming Tasks: The gamification system is designed to reward legitimate productivity. Creating fake tasks (e.g., "breathing", "blinking", "drinking water") or spamming micro-tasks repeatedly to unfairly accumulate Experience Points (XP) and climb the leaderboard is strictly prohibited.

4. Account Moderation and Penalties

We maintain strict moderation policies to ensure fair play and system integrity. Administrators reserve the right to penalize accounts found violating the Acceptable Use Policy, especially regarding spam and XP farming. Penalties include, but are not limited to:

• XP Deductions: System administrators may deduct illegitimately earned XP from your account.
• XP Suspension: Your ability to earn XP from completing tasks may be temporarily suspended.
• Account Bans: Severe or repeated violations will result in temporary or permanent account bans, restricting your access to the web portal, Telegram bot, and all commands.

If your account is penalized, you will receive a custom notification stating the duration and reason for the action on the login screen or via Telegram.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, source code, user interface designs, visual brand assets, logos, software architecture, and documentation associated with Operation Theatre are the exclusive intellectual property of Operation Theatre and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service strictly for your personal productivity management.

6. Third-Party Services & Google Calendar Integration

The Service integrates with third-party services, including Google Calendar API and Telegram messaging platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, terms, or operational policies of third-party platforms. Your authorization of Google Calendar sync is voluntary, and you may revoke permissions at any time via your Google Account Security settings or within our app settings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OPERATION THEATRE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, ERROR-FREE, OR ABSOLUTELY SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OPERATION THEATRE, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Operation Theatre and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or violation of any third-party right.

10. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service (including features, pricing, or availability) at any time without prior notice. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
