• Google API Data: When you connect your Google account, we access Google Calendar API services strictly to create, sync, and manage your tasks as events on your primary Google Calendar.

We process your data strictly to operate and enhance the service, including:

• Providing task scheduling, reminder alerts via Telegram and web notifications, and AI productivity summaries.
• Synchronizing recurring tasks with your Google Calendar (creating, updating, and removing task events upon your instruction).
• Securing your account, verifying email addresses, and preventing fraud or abuse.
• Monitoring task completion patterns to identify and penalize spam, XP farming, or other violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Improving system performance, user interface experience, and feature reliability.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

Operation Theatre's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Google Calendar Scope: We request access to https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events solely to read, create, edit, and delete calendar events created by our service on your behalf.
• No Transfer to Third Parties: We do not sell, rent, or trade your Google data to third parties, advertising networks, or data brokers.
• No AI Model Training: Your Google Calendar event data is never used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
• Data Retention & Disconnection: You can disconnect Google Calendar integration at any time from your Account Settings, which immediately stops all sync operations and removes stored OAuth tokens.

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement robust technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Password hashes are stored using standard cryptographically secure hashing functions, and OAuth tokens are stored securely in protected database stores.

6. Data Sharing and Third-Party Providers

We do not share your personal data except in the following necessary operational cases:

• Service Providers: Hostinger hosting infrastructure, Sarvam AI / OpenAI APIs for AI productivity insights, and Telegram Bot API for dispatching reminders.
• Legal Obligations: If required by valid law enforcement requests, court orders, or applicable regulations.

You have full control over your data. You may:

• Review and edit your profile settings and timezone.
• Disconnect connected services such as Google Calendar or Telegram at any time.
• Request account deletion and data removal by contacting system support (Note: Users subjected to an active account ban or suspension may have limited access to automated data removal tools until their penalty expires, though they may still submit manual requests via email).
